This report aims to show whether our staff members are satisfied with the company's benefit system or not.
Findings
· The recent meeting shows that the staff is satisfied with employee benefits. Especially, many of them think highly of our insurance related benefits and paid vacations.
· Nevertheless, some complained about meal allowance. as they work far away from home and cannot afford the rising price of food in such downtown areas.
· Besides, the poor housing allowance was mentioned. Many of them are dissatisfied with our incentive system; they suggest that the chance of economic incentive gives people the greatest motivation.
