The developing countries and many developed countries have put forward the idea of “cooperation and no confrontation” in North-South relations. Needless to say, such cooperation must be based on the continuous reform of unjust and unequal international relations. Otherwise, cooperation will be difficult to maintain, and confrontation will be difficult to avoid. Therefore, both international economic assistance, private investment, technology transfer, trade and finance should be consistent with the principle of fairness, reason and equality and mutual benefit. We must respect the sovereignty of the developing countries and do not interfere in their internal affairs and manipulate their economic lifelines. 

We should take a holistic and complete approach to establish a new international economic order, which requires persistent and solid efforts. Many developing countries, especially the least developed countries, need to give priority to the settlement of some urgent issues. Such solution should be in line with the long-term needs of developing countries and should be conducive to the process of promoting a new international economic order and should not be a limited measure of the fundamental goal of establishing a new international economic order.
