No one is always successful without failure. Like everything else, failure has both favorable aspects and unfavorable aspects. Generally, the positive aspects can be listed as follows.
First, we can learn a lesson from failure so that we won't make the same mistake again. Thus, we will be on the way to success, as the saying goes, "Failure is the mother of success." Besides, failure can fortify our minds. If we have experienced a lot of failure, we will not be afraid of next one. Finally, failure helps us further understand the meaning of success. If someone has never experienced failure, he will not know the real value of success and will not feel happy when he succeeds.
But every coin has two sides. The negative aspects are also apparent. To begin with, since people who fail are usually neglected but seldom comforted, they may feel hurt. To make matters worse, some people tend to attribute their failure to their bad luck. They may believe everything they do will doom to failure. Worst of all, some people cannot stand the pain of failure and commit suicide.
Through above analysis, I believe that the positive aspects outweigh the negative aspects. Therefore, we should face failure correctly, trying to change the negative aspects into positive ones.
