I hold that an excellent teacher should have the following qualities:
At first, he should maintain high moral standards in his profession. All excellent teachers should be dedicated and selfless, and they should have a noble morality, concern and care to help every student. Then, he should possess an abundant knowledge, firmly carry out the guideline by the Party’s education policy. Last but not least, he should own excellent personal qualities such as have good interpersonal relationship with others, dealing with different situation to set a good example for students.
