This abnormal phenomenon may account for the rise of crime rate. Finally, people can have ideas about how to commit crimes from watching TV. Many techniques of committing crimes have been transplanted deep into the mind of the audience, which cater particularly to the needs of some potential criminals. To sum up, effective measures should be taken to strengthen the censorship of TV programs. Violent programs should be taken off the air.
