By the setting out time came, he stilt hadn't made up his mind, and finally he had to regret. The example reflects how harmful the place is. It's obviously impossible to know what the best university means, for the individuals criteria differs from each other; even if they agree with a certain criteria, the evaluation of a college is always with such defects as the incompleteness of information, the differences in individuals. Maybe I concern much about the library, while you emphasize the easy access to computers, and another person considers the communication between teachers and students of more importance than the library and computer, then how can we make a universal assessment?
