Unbalanced economic development is a prominent problem in today‟s world; the gap between the rich and the poor,North and South is still widening, and many developing countries are plagued by poverty and series of severer problems arise from it, such as hunger, disease and social conflicts. President Xi Jinping stressed that efforts should be made to solve problems such a development imbalance, governance dilemma, digital divide, and distribution gap. China‟s development benefits from the international community, and we are willing to actively take international responsibilities and obligations to provide assistance to developing countries as much as we can. China promises to provide no-less-than 60 billion RMB in assistance to developing countries along the “Belt and Road” in the next three years; 10,000 training and training places in China to help strengthen countries participated in the initiative in the next five years; and 1 billion US dollars to relevant international organizations to implement a number of cooperation projects that benefit countries along the “Road”.
