Dear Sir or Madam,
Almost every night during the past week, people living next door at No. 43 of this street wouldstart playing mahjong. They started from about 22:00 till 3:00 or even 4:00 the next morning. Wecould not go to sleep before they ceased playing as the noise they created was loud enough to wake upany dead man. We had complained to them about this but this only brought louder noise and longerhours of disturbance.
Will you please send some of your men to put a stop to such a nuisance?
