Knowing that you always feel sleepy in class, I am writing to give you some advice on how to stayawake in class.

Firstly, don't worry too much. Nodding off in class is common for students of any age. Secondly,be actively involved, whether it's taking notes or joining in a classroom discussion. Doing these canhelp keep you from falling asleep. Finally, you had better follow a set schedule for going to bed andgetting up. Remember not to stay up late often.
