As a frequent traveler of your honored company, I really enjoy and appreciate your service each time I take your airplane. However, I lost my luggage last Tuesday when I took the CA911 airline from Shanghai to Beijing.
Having arrived in Beijing Capital International Airport, I waited for a rather long period of time to take my luggage, only to be informed that it was lost for some reasons. How upsetting it is! The upper side of my luggage is red and the bottom is black. In it are some books, clothes and some gifts bought in Shanghai, which are altogether worth about RMB2 000.
