Many colleges have become highly efficient tin processing students．By using computer-assisted learning，large lecture classes，and heavy reliance on part—time faculty，administrators have significantly cut the cost of educating each student．Yet students and accrediting agencies have criticized some of these colleges for failing to educate their students properly．
