I received your e-mail this morning regarding the Great Homes Fair at Benton Trade Hall from August 20 to 22. As the largest real estate fair in the Northwest, the event attracts more than 300 property developers, broker firms, and financial companies every year. Real estate firms will sell various properties, ranging from residential apartments and office spaces to industrial facilities. Last year more than 12,000 people attended the event, and a grand total of 720 buildings, homes, and properties were sold.
We highly recommend that your company arrange for a booth at the fair, as the vast majority of companies that do so report successful sales. Arrangements can be made to accommodate your staff, and a variety of types and sizes of booths are available. We also suggest that you and your sates agents attend the free real estate seminar on the last day of the event.
