To start with, doing more healthy exercises is essential to keep fit. Choose one or two exercises you like most and do it as a hobby. Equally important is having a balanced and scientific diet. Eat your meals regularly both in terms of time and amount. Have more vegetables and fruit instead of French fries.
Whatever method you choose, remember that keeping fit is a long way to go that we cannot give up halfway.
