That's why we're opening a Customer Service Centre in July which will provide a model for{{U}} (30) {{/U}}more units of this type. The Centre will be on a busy high street so that everyone can see it. {{U}} (31) {{/U}}the manager, you'll be the driving force behind this new venture. To work{{U}} (32) {{/U}}this exciting new post, you should have at least two years' management experience in customer services. Your ability to think{{U}} (33) {{/U}}and your knowledge of local businesses will{{U}} (34) {{/U}}you to plan and run the operations of the Centre to the highest standards and{{U}} (35) {{/U}}budget. {{U}} (36) {{/U}}your strong leadership skills, you'll ensure a happy and open environment{{U}} (37) {{/U}}all your people can develop, and the service{{U}} (38) {{/U}}is always improving. You will need to communicate well,{{U}} (39) {{/U}}with those working in the Centre and external contacts, and you will be required to{{U}} (40) {{/U}}excellent presentation and negotiation skills. |
