Following up on your complaint, I checked with our team in San Antonio. The goods arrived there from Hong Kong on 10/19, and were picked up on 10/23. They were delivered to Dallas on 10/26, according to their records. We do not know why there was

long delay between San Antonio and Dallas.

from customers that shipments take a long time from San Antonio to Hong Kong. It took nearly ten days for this shipment to arrive after we sent you the tracking number. We believe that there may be a problem with customs at the San Antonio airport which may delay the transfer in a timely manner.
We have also been made aware that there may be increased security precautions at U.S. airports, so we
