   Nowadays, television is playing a more and more important role in our daily life. There are many programs on TV every day, most of which are either interesting or instructive. My most favorite program is "The Animal World", provided by CCTV every Sunday night.
   Born and bred in the city, we can rarely see any wild animals. Therefore, this program serves as a good compensation. It provides us with natural scenes and the life of all kinds of animals with the narrator's life-like explanation. We can get a lot of knowledge about wild animals and some plants. Besides, the pictures are very beautiful and some of them are very valuable. In my opinion, therefore, it is one of the most appealing programs both for children and for adults. It's really a great joy to watch it on weekends.
