As a student of this university, I would like to take the opportunity to express my appreciation for the great role the library plays. Meanwhile, I want to express my views concerning the quality of the library service, hoping they can improve it.
First of all, I find that most keyboards of the library computers are in poor operation, which brings much inconvenience to the users. Besides, I hope our library can improve the efficiency of purchasing new books and subscribing to academic journals. Last but not least, the study rooms need to be furnished with a better lighting system.
