Through the decades the way we communicate in business has changed considerably. From the time of the pony express in 1860 to our present day in age, we now can instantly deliver an electronic message to anywhere, with just a click of a button. Now It is almost unheard of to do business without using e-mail, since this is one of the easiest ways to maintain contact with employees and clients. Whether you need approval to move forward on a project, or you simply need to announce a meeting, e-mail is the most common form of communication between business people.
E-mial quickly sends information to individuals at any hour of the day or night. All you need is an Internet connection. It is effective in providing quick answers and in finding the right person in an organnisation or company to answer your questions. What's more, E-mails provide privacy when you can't speak about confidential information out loud. Also it can be used as a marketing tool. When used within the guidelines of the law, sending e-mails to generate business is a cost-effective marketing practice.

Hi William,
I'd like to remind you of an advertisement which I came across while reading Washington Post last night. It's about Tenderby, a fast growing Hi-tech park who is inviting investment. What aroused my interest is that favoured tax reductions are offered. Attracted companies are pouring in, and there're very limited vacanies left. I suppose a visit there is worthwhile. Contact me asap, and let me know how you think about it.
Warm regards,
Eric
