我特别推崇年轻人。

无Put Young Managers in Important Position
I especially worship young people.
We always spend too much time worrying about their abuse in sex and smoking marijuana problems, while ignoring their energy and ideals, which will exactly produce a huge productivity. For this reason, I do not believe those young managers who started from the bottom. They cannot learn more things and I cannot benefit from what they understand.
When I hire young people, it is because they can provide me with something. They must understand what other people in the company are doing. I do not want a young marketer to spend time doing needlework, because I need her to clearly understand what young customers need most. You have to let the younger generation experience the world, which does not mean spending time in places like New York, Paris and Los Angeles. Prada needs some understanding of young people in Africa.
When I look to the future, I believe we will make more mistakes. But I firmly believe that as long as we adhere to our principles and insist arranging some extraverted young people for the top executive position in the company, these mistakes will not be fatal.
