In accordance with New Jersey law, Mandy's Toy Store allows customers to return any product for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in good condition, with all of their original components in working order. Customers will receive a credit voucher of equivalent value to the original item. This voucher must be redeemed within the following 12 months.
In order to obtain a credit voucher, please fill out a Customer Returns Form and return it to the Customer Relations Office at Mandy's Toy Store. Please submit the returns form first and then, once it has been processed and you have received communication from the office, you may arrange to have the product shipped to the office. Returns will not be accepted at Mandy's Toy Store retail outlets under any circumstances.
Please note that you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping. In addition, returns will only be accepted if the original receipt is enclosed with the form. Should the product sustain damage in transit, you will be considered liable.
