For each recording, decide what advice the speaker gives.
Write one letter(A-H)next to the number of the recording.
Do not use any letter more than once.
After you have listened once, replay the recordings.

D Ignore your own personal feelings.
E Be clear about what you're referring to.
F Praise the individual's strengths.
G Offer people the chance to respond.
