To solve this pressing problem, I would like to bring forward a few suggestions. First, a supervisory committee should be set up to take control of the number of private cars. In addition, effective measures should be duly taken to encourage the use of public transportation. Lastly, the media should take their responsibilities to raise public awareness of environmental problems caused by driving too much.
