I am Li Ming, sales manager of our company. The purpose of this letter is to inform you about my decision to resign from my current position.
The main causes for my resignation can be explained as follows: To begin with, I do feel it is so hard to get used to much extra work and frequent night shifts because of my poor health. In addition, I have a big family to support and the salary has proven to be much lower than you originally promised. However, I would like to deliver many thanks for everything you have done for me.
Here I apology for any inconvenience I have caused and sincerely hope you approve of my resignation.
