One’ s manners is an indispensable part of a man in that it reflects what education he receives, what kind of man he really is and what his social position is. It serves as the visiting card of a man. A man with good manners means that he respects others, takes others’ benefits into consideration and does not do to others what he doesn’ t want others do to him. Good manners can bring many benefits for a man, so everyone should try hard to cultivate good manners.

Good manners can win a man many supports. Supposed a man is the leader of an important project with many workers helping him. If he is polite and respectful, then all people support him and all decisions are carried out. In this case, this man’ s work can be done successfully and many conflicts can be avoided. If he fails to have good manners and show no respects to his workers, his workers will also disrespect him and may be his project can’ t be accomplished. A man with good manners often attracts many good friends because everyone can enjoy the easy atmosphere.

Good manners are of great importance in a man’ s life, so we have to cultivate in our daily life. We should behave ourselves even when we are alone and pay attention to details. When we see our teachers and the elders, we should greet them. When we get on the bus, we should stand in a line and give out our seats when we see the elders, pregnant women and the ill people. Trivial as those things, we behave ourselves and cultivate good manners day by day. If we can be men of good manners, we will exert influences on the people around us and in this way will more and more people become more polite.

Good manners are beneficial for us, so we have to cultivate good manners and be better men. If all people in the society have good manners, our country will be better.
