Step 1: Warm-up and Lead-in (5 minutes)
Greet with students, have them look at some pictures and have a free talk with the following questions: What are they doing? Which country do you want to learn English?

Step 2: Pre-reading (5minutes)
Show students the pictures, teach them some new words in the text, and try to encourage them to describe the pictures with new words that are exposed to them.

Ask students to skim the passage and find out the general idea of the passage.
