My Motivations for Taking the Entrance Examination of Liaocheng University
In the senior year, students in my university are all faced with the question of taking postgraduate entrance examination or employment. Some students choose to hunt for job because they think that working experience is more important than degree. While other students want to take postgraduate entrance examination to further their study since they consider degree as a stepping-stone to success. As far as I'm concerned, postgraduate study can not only earn me a higher degree but also invaluable knowledge and understanding from teachers and classmates. Therefore, I come here to take the exam.
There are three reasons for my choice to take the postgraduate Entrance Examination of Liaocheng University. Firstly, it's known to all that a higher degree is a stepping-stone to successful career. With the development of education, there are springing up more and more highly educated talents in China. In sight of this circumstance,many companies would set degree thresholds when hiring to pick competitive talent. In other words, it's hard for you to get hired in some famous companies if you haven't higher education degree, needless to say that you want to succeed in your career. Secondly, postgraduate learning can not only broaden my horizon, but also enrich my knowledge. When I air my opinion in class, I can not only learn to how to convey my thoughts but also get some precious feedbacks from classmates and teachers. Hence I can broaden my horizon and increase my knowledge reserve by listening to others and self-correction. Last but not least, Liaocheng University was founded in 1974 with advanced teaching faculty and teaching equipment. I'm deeply convinced that I would make great progress in both life and learning.
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and sorry I could not travel both. I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference. I have made my choice to take postgraduate entrance exam, and I believed that it would be rewarding for my job and life in the future.
