Self-protection in Violent Events

Although we live in a civilized society under the rules of the law, we still sometimes inevitablyencounter violence. So if we encounter this kind of events, what should we do to protect ourselves tominimize the harm?

Firstly, when we meet drunk people or other impolite ones, we can try not to provoke conflicts.Secondly, if conflicts break out, the most important thing we need to do is seize the opportunity toescape. The faster, the better. Our safety is the most valuable thing, so don't put ourselves in dangerbecause of being unwilling to tolerate bad things. Finally, whether we are victims or onlookers, weshould call the police as soon as possible when it is safe to do so.

As ordinary people, we may not be able to regulate the behavior of others, but there are things wecan do to reduce the risks. Always remember that safety is the first priority.
