In addition, the institutions of higher learning that rank in a prominent' position can get more resources. Last but not least, organizations in charge of college ranking can also obtain a lot of resources and benefits.
On the contrary, 48% of us don't think highly of college ranking in China. They argue that college ranking is not scientific enough. It tends to stir controversy because there are too many subjective factors.
As far as I am concerned, I don't support college ranking either because the top 20 to 30 universities have their relatively stable positions. There is no suspense for college ranking in China at all.
