结构推理 After completion and the taking-over test of the whole contracted project, Party A shall pay to Party B within 14 days after receipt of written notice the total project cost in one lump sum on settlement of accounts less 5/% as overall retention, which shall be payable to Party B after one month from the date of handing over the complete project.
