We are extremely pleased with the recent surge in sales of our products. The new ToddlerMate, as well as the ChildMate have been a huge success. It is with great sadness and concern, however, that we announce the recall of the BabyMate. It has come to our attention that some of the small parts, including the baby walker attachments and wheel bearings, may be of a concern to young children if removed and swallowed. To ensure the happiness and safety of your children we ask that you return the BabyMate to any authorized retailer for a full refund. We appreciate your continued patronage and hope that this unfortunate development will not sway you from purchasing our products in the future.
Our product development team has created new parts for the BabyMate that will significantly reduce this problem. We hope to have the new and improved product on the market by the end of the season. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and have only your child's safety in mind.
