Nowadays, online education, also called E-learning or distant learning, is increasingly popular and has become part of our daily life. We have a variety of curricula to choose from online.
There are some reasons contributing to its popularity. First and foremost, online education offers flexible learning schedule. With online classes, we're in charge of when and how much to learn, which enables us to go slow or fast based on our mastery of courses. Secondly, it enhances interaction, especially for the shy or introverted students, who lack confidence and seldom show themselves when they have class face to face. Last but not the least, we can learn anytime and anywhere. That is, we don't have to get dressed, catch a bus or go to a classroom. Just study in our pajamas on the couch.
Personally, I like online education as it can provide different learners with versatile and flexible ways of learning. Above all, with online education, we can improve ourselves by absorbing new knowledge while keeping our jobs at the same time.
