On November 10, 2001, China, the world most populous country, joined the WTO, which of-fers China a new place at the table of nations and makes sweeping changes in nearly: every sector of its society. But, China’s WTO entry also means a great challenge to her. The increasing imports inevitably impact local industries that are to be defeated unless outdated systems are reformed.
