Since its initial launch, the company has seen many successful expansions, becoming one of the largest home furniture and decor manufacturers and retailers in the world with more than 30 branches all over Asia, Europe, and North America.Nevertheless, Jerome Furnishings was acquired by real estate developer Meredith Construction seven years ago when the furniture giant shut down some outlets due to alleged mismanagement of funds.The successful stock auction, however, proves that Jerome Furnishings has regained its strength. "The event confirmed the public's confidence in the company and gave hope for the fulfillment of its future plans," Campbell said.
