Dear Sir,
I am writing to report the problems with the dorm management. I am a new student who has been living here for about two months. during this period of time, I have found many problems with the dorm management.
The first thing I have to say is that security of the dorms should be improved. Strangers can go in and out freely without any inquiries and checks. Thefts occur from time to time because of the negligence of the dorm management. Secondly, the heating system is frequently out of order and has not been repaired in a timely manner. As a result, quite a few of my roommates have caught colds. And I, too, have also caught a very bad cold.
I sincerely hope that the people in charge of the dorms would take immediate action to solve these problems.
