Besides thinking mode, another internal cause is the lack of initiatives. It is known that the main difference between man and animal is subjective initiative. Almost all college students are anxious about their future including those who are quietly learning and those who are playing all day long. Few people never think about how to get a job in their future. But it’ s one thing to worry about your current situation, and it’ s quite another to act concretely and to make an effort in order to change the status quo. Although they often feel anxious when entertaining, they rarely make any effort even if they do, it’ s like fishing for three days and sunning net for two to change the current situation, which is the same with most people. Worrying about the future, they do not know how to change it. They fear that they will regret the decision they make.

In recent years, the government has taken measures to eliminate the impact of college enrollment, improve the mechanism of the talent market, and promote the successful employment of college students. But there is always a lag in the policy effect, and the most important thing for college students is to fully realize their shortcomings and take corresponding measures to improve their employment. They have to keep abreast of the development of the time and perfect their comprehensive qualities. External factors like college enrollment is not as important as internal factors.
