In 2013, Chairman Xi Jinping proposed the building of “silk road economic belt” and “the 21st century maritime silk road”, which together refer to the strategic conception “one belt and one road” in short. Chairman Xi pointed out that the “one belt and one road” connects the economic circles of Asia-Pacific, Central Asia and Europe. No matter it is for economic development, people‟s wellbeing improvement or for crisis responses, there exists some mutual interests between other countries along and China. Today, “one belt and one road” has become the foundation for China to strengthen connectivity and economic trade cooperation between different areas.
