Further to your letter of 22 November, I am very happy to say that we are now in a position to confirm our participation in the Sao Paulo Trade Fair(圣保罗商品交易会).
We would be very grateful if you could send us a plan of the exhibition hall and indicate which areas are still available and the respective prices.
We would like to participate for all four days of the fair and estimate that we would need a display area of approximately 100- 120 square meters. I will be able to confirm this information once I have received your plan and price schedule.
I would also be very grateful for any information on the expected visitor number and on your marketing campaign. This information would be invaluable in fixing our budget for the exhibition.
