Customer Service Centre Manager

That's why we're opening a Customer Service Centre in October which will provide a model for {{U}}(30) {{/U}} more units of this type. The Centre will be on a busy high street so that everyone can see it. {{U}} (31) {{/U}} the manager, you'll be the driving force behind this new venture. To work {{U}}(32) {{/U}} this exiting new post, you should have at least two years' management experience ill customer services. Your ability to think {{U}}(33) {{/U}} and your knowledge of local businesses will {{U}}(34) {{/U}} you to plan and run the operations of the Centre to the highest standards and {{U}}(35) {{/U}} budget. {{U}}(36) {{/U}} your strong leadership skills, you'll ensure a happy and open environment {{U}}(37) {{/U}} all your people can develop, and the service {{U}}(38) {{/U}} is always improving. You will need to communicate well, {{U}}(39) {{/U}} with those working in the Centres and external contacts, and you will be required to {{U}} (40) {{/U}} excellent presentation and negotiation skills. |
