Good Neighbors
Everyone has a neighbor, but there neighbors and neighbors. Have you ever heard loud rock music from the next door when you are reading your favorite book or sleeping? Have you ever quarrel with your neighbor for a very trivial thing? Do you know the name your neighbor? In daily life, we have various problems when we get along with our neighbors. To live peacefully, we have to develop a good relationship with our neighbors, but how can we be good neighbors? This is a board and vague question, but, in my opinion, good neighbor should have following characteristics: take care of each other’ s feelings, and helping each other.
When we invite our friends and want to hold a great party in our house at midnight, we should take our neighbors’ feelings into consideration. Is it too noisy to sleep for them? If we respect them every time, I believe our neighbors will also respect us when they come into the same situation. We should pay attention to details in our daily life. We should pay attention to the backyard that may create the problems between neighbors. When garbage scatters everywhere, attracting mosquitoes that may be bring infectious virus such bird virus, and neighbors do not shovel the snow on the house side-road. All may lead to inconvenience to our life and cause conflicts. When neighbors run into some difficulties, we should help each other. Helping each other can result in a safe and warm neighborhood. Your neighbors shovel the snow on your side- road when they do for themselves. They take care of your pets when you are not at home. They watch strangers when they see them roaming around the neighborhood. In turn, you do the same thing for your neighbors when you are in that situation. Accordingly, the neighborhood becomes more and more safe and warm. The help will extend out of the neighborhood.
All in all, we should respect each other and pay attention to trivial things in daily life. If we respect others, I believe others will do the same thing with us. If everyone can develop a good relationship with their neighbors, the whole society will be more harmonious.
