On Teamwork

Teamwork is the ability that a group of people have to work well together. In this process, team members should work together toward a common goal and make compromise when disagreements emerge. I think teamwork is very important and everyone should learn how to cooperate with others because teamwork is definitely necessary and vital for success in modern society.

There are lots of benefits in the process of working together. First, working in a team grants us chances to improve ourselves. When we work with other people, we are bound to find our shortcomings when compared with others. Then we can correct them and improve ourselves. Secondly, two people or more can complete work perfectly. Working in a team, teammates share their ideas with each other, which is helpful to create a better achievement. Last, working in a team is also a way to make friends. When working with others, we can find friends that share same interests.

A team means that there is more than one person in it and how can we forge an excellent team with people of various characteristics? We should take other‘s ideas and scruples into consideration. When others have brilliant ideas that are better than ours, we should be generous and accept their ideas.

To sum up, to learn how to work in a team is really necessary and we should cherish our team.
