The Global M ＆ A Research Center was established jointly by the Institute of World Economics ＆ Politics at the Chinese Academy of Social Science (OASS), the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and China M＆A Network in November 2001. It is a non-profit professional research institution specializing in domestic and international M＆A analysis and research.
The Center researches global M＆A trends and helps domestic enterprises meet the WTO challenge. It provides authoritative research reports and strategic guidance to the Chinese Government and SOEs. The Center also provides a platform for the Chinese academic community to discuss and promote new ideas.
