Customer: Well, I'm looking to buy a new mobile phone, my current phone has just come off its plan and it's getting a bit old so it's time for an upgrade.
Retailer: So what kind of phone are you using at the moment?
Customer: It's a Motorola. I forget the model number but it's the one with a flip top ... here I'll show you.
Retailer: Oh, ok it's the small one that looks a little like a turtle. And are you happy with this style and brand or are you looking for something a little different?
