Taking the following factors into account, I am opposed to plastic surgery. In the first place, the operation is definitely harmful to one"s health to various degrees. Sometimes, it may cause physical damages and even deaths, which has been often reported. In the second, the cost of plastic surgery is high for most people and such investment may not be worth it. Some people even undertake heavy financial burdens due to the high operation fees. In the third, improvements in the appearance are not equal to improvements in personalities or capabilities. They would be not more likely to succeed than others even if they had better faces.
From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw the conclusion that there is no need for healthy people take plastic surgery. We had better leave our faces or other parts unchanged, because they are gifts from our parents. What matters most is not what we have outside but what we have inside.
