As is illustrated in the picture, there are swarms of people standing in a queue to buy Apple products before a franchised store of chains. Of the people in the queue, one says, "When will an individual like Steve Jobs appear in China?"
This is a common problem that everyone is thinking about all over China, even the overseas Chinese living everywhere across the world. China may not always follow the others in products and science although it is quite distinguished in some fields. And everyone has the responsibility not only to think of it, but also to try his best to be a person like Steve Jobs, not just hesitates or lays hope on the others.
In my view, the issue is well worth considering. In order to have a person like or even over Steve Jobs, some prerequisites are required. On one hand, an environment favorable to scientific creativity should be created. On the other hand, there should be a great number of technicians and scientists with the ambition to be the top ones of the world in their specific fields. Finally a set of regulations and policies should be formulated by the government and legislations to support the creativity and the talents. With the above terms, the emergence of a quantity of top scientists and products is within sight.
