I ordered six movies through your "buy one get one free" offer. I thought it ______ a great offer, but after I received the DVDs I found this wasn"t true. To begin with, the shipping almost equaled the price of the three DVDs I paid for. Most importantly, out of the six movies that I received only ______ of them was of good enough quality to watch all the way through. The other five had various problems, such as being too dark to make out the picture, and poor sound. As for the extras, I was very disappointed. One of the horror movies had an extra feature that talked about cast costumes. It was very dull. I would like information on ______ get a refund.
