MA 25038 Dear Ms. Lopez, I'm afraid that I will not be able to visit your company's production facilities in London this June, as had been scheduled. Problems that have arisen with the construction of our new office are making it impossible for me to leave Seattle at the moment. I Understand that we will both be going to the upcoming trade shows in Chicago and Las Vegas being held in August and October respectively. I wonder if it might be possible for us to meet at either of these conferences. If not, I can arrange to reschedule my visit to London and see you later in the year.
