We should actively expand mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries and uphold the concept of win-win as well as constantly improve the cooperation level. At present, efforts should be made to strengthen coordination among macroeconomic policies, and should work with relevant parties to promote the remarkable achievements of the G20 Hangzhou Summit, convey confidence to the international community and inject vitality into the world economy. We should try our best to reach a mutually beneficial and win-win investment agreement between China and the United States as soon as possible and deepen exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in the fields of climate change, development, internet, anti-terrorism, non-proliferation, military and law enforcement. Then we must also strengthen communication and coordination between the both sides on major international, regional and global issues. We have to properly handle the control of differences and sensitive issues. Some differences between the two countries are inevitable, hence we should control them with a pragmatic and constructive attitude.
