" If you come to our Yulin, the first thing to visit is Zhen Bei Tai, and the second is the Red Stone Cliff. The Cliff has already made a name, and there are even some film crews coming here especially for shooting films" , two local people told us on the coach travelling to Yulin.
Now that it is so well-known, of course we have to visit there. However, we still get mentally prepared for the disappointment after visiting, since every cook praises his own broth.
However, we never expect that Red Stone Cliff is such a wonderful place! It turned out to be the largest group of Cliffside grottoes in Shanxi Province. You can see those carved stones and grottoes , big and small, all amazingly scattered among the rich red cliffs on both sides of the valley, and a swift, clear stream is flowing at the bottom. Standing over there quietly, you will soon get intoxicated by the great history, the splendid culture and the warm breeze on the land of China!
