【正确答案】Science in China develops quickly after 1949, especially after Opening up and Reform policy in 1978. Scientific research needs large amounts of money to support it, and it can advance only when China's economy develops. The government's encouragement is also an important factor. China at first exploded its atomic bomb without any foreign help, and now it's trying hard to develop high techniques and to borrow the technology in developed countries. In 2005, China launched its second manned spacecraft, which astonished the world. This shows that our aviation technology has arrived at a new stage. Chinese people are all proud of the achievement in science. However, compared with the Western countries, it's still not enough. China should spend more money in the development of science in order to be strong enough in the world.
