The microwave oven No. PH19760, which I ordered from you, arrived on Nov. 16th.
I very much regret to inform you that the machine had been badly damaged. When I opened the packing case I found that the lid of the microwave oven had been cracked and the surface of the machine had been scratched.
Would you please let me know whether or not you would be willing to send me a new microwave oven and if I should arrange to return the damaged one to you?
In the meantime, I shall hold on to the machine you sent until I hear from you.
